Short Title
Media Freedom Act

§ 1. Purpose The purpose of the Act is to ensure editorial freedom of the media.

§ 2. Scope Lova debt

1.
Dailies and other periodical publications propelled journalistic production and dissemination of news!, Current affairs and social debate,

2.
Broadcasters, ref. Broadcasting Act § 1-1, third paragraph, and

3.
Electronic mass medium which has the equivalent purpose, function as a medium Tribunal under no. 1 and 2.

Act does not apply to medium whose main purposes to engage in advertising or marketing, or as a main sakleg is directed against members or employees in certain organizations, Order of or company.

§ 3. Duty to have ein editor Medium as chronicled in § 2 to be ein editor.
The editor is in this Act meint whoever takes the decision-making concerning the content of the media or a part of this, either he is called editor, publisher or something else.

§ 4. Editorial freedom Within the frame of the basic vision and Intention to its activities shall editor rent the editorial agency's activities and take decisions in editorial issues.
Owner of media enterprises or the like on the Owner's behalf rents enterprises, can not instruct or overrule the editor of editorial questions, nor can not demand a to be able to do familiarized themselves with font, text or image or the right or see program material before it gets made widely available.

§ 5. Opportunities to fråvike Act rule in § 4 can not fråvikast through agreement or other legal basis to the detriment of the editor.

§ 6. Entry into force The Act enters into force from the time King stipulates.
