Short Title
Law on conversion of AIM Norway SF to corporation

§ 1. Purpose The purpose of the law is to transform the state-owned enterprise Aerospace Industrial Maintenance Norway SF (AIM Norway SF) to a corporation named Aerospace Industrial Maintenance Norway AS (AIM Norway AS). The law should ensure continuity of operations.

§ 2. Conversion of AIM Norway SF AIM Norway SF dissolved by that company's total assets, rights and liabilities transferred to AIM Norway AS, including all ongoing contractual relationships. The transfer of liabilities have liberating effect for AIM Norway SF.
AIM Norway AS was founded in accordance with the Companies Act. The assets transferred to be used as the state share capital in the company against the government becomes a shareholder.

§ 3. Re-registration Re-registration in the land register and other records related to the conversion, effected by change. There are no fees for such a change.

§ 4. Transfer of public rights, etc.. Public rights, licenses, permits, licenses or similar applicable AIM Norway SF, the next conversion was transferred to AIM Norway AS. There are no fees for such transfers.

§ 5. Relations with licensees and contract partners Licensees and contracting parties can not oppose the transfer or claim that the transfers constitute a loss because of the legal relationship. Any modification of contracts that give the right to terminate the agreement or renegotiate the contract, can not be invoked.

§ 6. Dealing with tax and fee AIM Norway AS takes over the same fiscal position as AIM Norway SF. The transfer and conversion shall not trigger taxes or fees.

§ 7 Commencement This Act comes into force on 1 August 2016.
