In Act 2 July 1999. 63 on patient and user rights is amended as follows:
New § 2.1 e should read:

patient or user that with proper help can stay at home in anticipation of long-term stays in nursing homes or similar housing specially adapted for of beds services, but which meet the criteria for allocation of long-term stays for health and care Act § 3-2 a second paragraph, is entitled to a decision.
§ 2-7 second paragraph, new second sentence should read:
The same applies to decisions by health and care Act § 3-2 a.
In the Act of 24 June 2011 No.. 30 on municipal health and care etc. should new § 3-2 a read:

King issues regulations on the criteria for awarding long-term stays in nursing homes or similar housing specially adapted for of beds services. These regulations shall also include patients and users will be best served by long-term stays, but the municipality assesses that the person with the proper help can stay at home in anticipation of long-term stays.
The municipality will make a decision on the criteria for the second paragraph are met. The municipality shall maintain waiting lists of patients and users waiting for long-term stays with the second paragraph.
Act applies when the King bestemmer.1 King may bring into force individual provisions at different times.
