In law 2. July 1999 # 63 on patient and user rights are made the following changes :

The king provides regulation with criteria for allocation of long-time accommodation in nursing homes or equivalent housing special facilitated for the health care services. The recipe should also include patients and users who want to be best served with long-time accommodation, but where the municipality is considering that the person with the justifiable assistance can stay at home in anticipation of long-time accommodation.
The municipality shall hit the ordinance of the criteria after other clauses are met. The municipality shall bring waiting lists over patients and users who wait for long-time accommodation after other clauses.
The law applies from the time the King decides. 1 The king can put in effect the individual regulations at different times.
