For the purpose of this Decision:
a. Official: an official working at the RijksRE undertaking,
b. Director: directly under the Director-General's resounding executive of the Directors ' Portfolio Strategy & Portfolio Management, Operations & Projects, Real Estate Management, Finance and Governance & Business Operations;
c. Head of Division: directly under a director and responsible to the Director-General and the Director-General of the Director-General and of the Atelier Rijksbouwmeester, who is directly responsible to the Director-General;
ed. Section head: r Directly under a Head of Division ressorting managers;
e. Cluster head: Senior management directly under a section head;
f. Deputy director, head of division, member head, cluster head: Directly under the managing authority to be replaced, designated by the Director as such;
g. Project leader: Staff member designated by a Director for the execution of a project at the RijksRE Company;
h. Area: the tasks within its own organisation, in accordance with the capacity plans in force;
i. Deployment: providing the benefit of a third party, other than the State authority, by entering into an agreement on loan, hire, lease, lease, right of stabbation or any other right of use;
j. Mandate: It shall be understood as meaning full power and authorisation.

1 The heads of directors, heads of department, sectional heads and cluster heads shall be given under mandate in respect of matters falling within their field of activity, with due regard for Article 6 and 7 .
2 Heads of department, sectional heads and cluster heads shall not be responsible for the provision of under-mandate.
3 The submandate of department heads, sectional heads and cluster heads shall not apply to the hiring of external personnel.
4 The submandate of directors, department heads, sectional heads and cluster heads regarding the taking of human decisions is limited to the in-person Annex the matters listed.
5 The submandate of externally hired directors, department heads, sectional heads and cluster heads does not concern the provision of private law legal acts.
