The Minister for Health, Welfare and Sport,

Acting in accordance with the Secretary of State for Health, Welfare and Sport,

Having regard to Article 3 of the Framework Law VWS grants ;

Decision:

For the purposes of this arrangement:

• a. Minister: Minister for Health, Welfare and Sport;

• b. educational institution: institution as referred to in Article 1.1.1, part b, below 1 ° and 2 °, of the Education and Vocational Education Act which due to Article 2.1.3 of the Education and Vocational Education Act for funding was taken into account or in the form of a higher education Article 1.3, second paragraph, of the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Research which is listed in the Annex referred to in Article 1.8, first paragraph, of the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Research;

• c. healthcare training:

  • 1 °. vocational training course as referred to in Article 7.2.2, second paragraph, part a, of the Education and Vocational Education Act of a vocational training plan as referred to in Article 1.1.1, part i, of the Education and Vocational Education Act which due to Article 2.1.1, first paragraph, of the Education and Vocational Education Act in the case of funding, which is to be granted for the relevant academic year, Annex 1 The code mentioned in this scheme is entered in the Central Register of Vocational Training, which is to be found in Article 6.4.1, first paragraph, of the Education and Vocational Education Act ;

  • 2 °. full-time or part-time training as intended Article 7.7, First paragraph, of the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Research for the care of which, as a result of Article 1.9 of the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Research Entitlement to the costs of the funds provided for by the State and for the year of study in question shall be Annex 2 The code mentioned in this scheme is entered in the Central Register of higher education training provided for in Article 6.13 of the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Research ;

• d. Training:

  • 1 °. Vocational training or related learning pathway as referred to in Article 3 (1) Article 7.2.2, second paragraph, of the Education and Vocational Education Act of a vocational training plan as referred to in Article 1.1.1, part i, of the Education and Vocational Education Act which due to Article 2.1.1, first paragraph, of the Education and Vocational Education Act in the case of funding, which is to be granted for the relevant academic year, Annex 1 The code mentioned in this scheme is entered in the Central Register of Vocational Training, which is to be found in Article 6.4.1, first paragraph, of the Education and Vocational Education Act ;

  • 2 °. Full-time, part-time or dual-course training as intended Article 7.7, First paragraph, of the Law on Higher Education and Science research on the care of which, Article 1.9 of the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Research Entitlement to the costs of the funds provided for by the State and for the year of study in question shall be Annex 2 The code mentioned in this scheme is entered in the Central Register of higher education training provided for in Article 6.13 of the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Research ;

• (e) period of study shall: period beginning on 1 August and ending on 31 July of the following year in so far as concerns a health care training referred to in subparagraph (c) (1), or period beginning on 1 September and ending on 31 August of the following year. as far as health care training referred to in subparagraph (c) (2) is concerned, next year;

• f. Participant: a natural person registered by an educational institution for a notified natural person who has been registered or has been in a course of study in a year of study and who has not been registered for a training course in the previous year of study.

• 1 The Minister may grant an annual grant to an educational institution for the provision and administration of vaccination against hepatitis B to a health care participant.

• 2 The grant shall be provided per year of study.

• 1 The grant is made on request.

• 2 For the application, a form shall be used by the Minister.

• 3 The application shall be submitted no later than 1 May of the year of study preceding the year of study for which the grant is requested.

• 4 The application shall be signed by a person empowered to do so.

• 5 The Minister may grant exemption from the application period referred to in paragraph 3.

• 1 The Minister shall make a decision on an application for the grant within 13 weeks of receipt of the application.

• 2 The grant will only be granted if the Minister ' s opinion is expected to be expected to achieve the objectives pursued by the grant.

The subsidy shall consist of the amount calculated using the formula A × B, which shall be defined as:

• (a) the number of natural persons notified by the educational establishment for the duration of the year of study for which the grant is to be awarded on 1 October of the second year of study preceding the year of study for which the grant is to be paid and 1 October of the third year of study prior to the year of study for which the grant is granted was not registered for an education;

• B a standard amount of € 125.

• 1 The number of persons referred to in Article 5 (A) , the following shall be taken from:

  • a. The basic register of education, intended in Article 24b of the Law on Education Supervision for a health care training as intended Article 1 (c) (1) , and for training as referred to in Article 1, part d, below 1 ° ;

  • b. The Central Register Registration Higher Education referred to in Article 7.52 of the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Research for a health care training as intended Article 1 (c) (2) , and for training as referred to in Article 1, part d, below 2 ° .

• 1 In the year of study for which the grant is provided, the educational institution shall offer to each participant from the commencement of its participation in the care training course, regardless of the date of termination of his participation in the care training course, complete vaccination against hepatitis B, including the determination of titre antibodies to finalise the vaccination.

• 2 The educational institution shall ensure that:

  • (a) the offer, as provided for in paragraph 1, is made in an efficient and effective manner;

  • b. each participant shall have the opportunity to make real use of the offer referred to in the first paragraph.

• 3 The educational institution seeks to have the highest possible vaccination rate of its participants.

• 1 The educational institution ensures that the administration of the vaccination against hepatitis B is conducted in a comprehensive and effective manner, so that at all times, at any time, the following information can be made per study year and by care training. shall be verified:

  • 1. the number of participants who have been vaccinated against hepatitis B at the expense of the educational institution;

  • 2 °. the rate for the own contribution of the participants.

• 2 The educational institution immediately reports to the Minister as:

  • (a) it has become probable that the grant obligations will not or may not be fully met or

  • (b) other circumstances may arise or may arise which may be relevant to a decision to amend, revoke or determine the grant.

• 3 The notification shall be made in writing. The notification shall be provided with explanatory notes. The notification shall be submitted to the relevant documents.

• 4 The educational establishment shall provide to the persons designated by the Minister, at their request, any documents and information necessary for the proper performance of their task.

• 5 The educational institution shall participate in the research initiated by or on behalf of the Minister, aimed at providing the Minister with information for the development of the policy.
