The Minister for Economic Affairs,
Having regard to the Article 4, sixth paragraph , and 16, 2nd and 4th member, of the Stock Formation Oil Products Act 2012 ;
Decision:
For the purposes of this arrangement:
- Minister: Minister for Economic Affairs;
- Administrator: the person who, himself not in stock, manages a supply of petroleum products for the benefit of an officer;
- Law: Stock formation oil products 2012 .
1 The operator provides, for the purpose of calculating the stock obligation, for the purpose of Article 4, first paragraph, of the Act , the information as referred to in Annex 1 to the Minister.
2 The operator shall provide the information referred to in paragraph 1 for 1 March of the year following the reference year.
1 The entrepreneur who plans to act as an administrator for the benefit of an inventory subject, provides the Annex 2 the information provided to the Minister.
2 The economic operator referred to in paragraph 1 shall provide the information referred to in that paragraph no later than four weeks before the date on which the intended storage takes place.
1 The stocking rate and the manager shall provide the Annex 2 the information provided to the Minister.
2 The stocking rate and the administrator shall provide the information referred to in paragraph 1 at the latest on the last day of the month preceding the month to which the list relates.
The stockpiling officer and the administrator shall provide the following at the latest on 10 April 2013. Annex 2 the information referred to by the Minister in so far as such information relates to the period from 1 to 30 April 2013.
The stockpiling officer or the manager, provided, as appropriate, in the Article 2, first paragraph , 3, first paragraph , 4, first paragraph , and 5 information referred to in written or electronic means by means of a form established by the Minister.
This arrangement is cited as: Scheme of stock formation petroleum products 2013.
This arrangement shall enter into force from 1 April 2013.
This arrangement will be set out in the Official Journal.

Location: if the petroleum products are not stored at the location of the recipient company: 1º. The name, address and location of the person responsible for the storage of the petroleum products to be transferred and 2º. The address of the place where the petroleum products are stored. |
