Arrangement concerning the declaration of conformity of inter-country adoption and the declaration of conformity of conversion of inter-country adoption

The Secretary of State for Justice,

Having regard to the Articles 10 and 11, third paragraph, of the Law of 14 May 1998 implementing the Hague Convention on the Protection of Children and Cooperation in the Field of Inter-State Adoption, adopted on 29 May 1993 and, by reason of the amendment thereto, of the Law Incluating foreign foster children and any other laws (Stb. 302),

The Declaration on the Agreement of Inter-National Adoption as referred to in Article 23 of the Convention on the Protection of Children and Cooperation in the International Region of the Hague Convention, adopted on 29 May 1993 adoption (Trb. 1993, 197), the Registrar of the College of the Right which has adopted the adoption on a form shall be set up in accordance with the procedure laid down in Annex 1 Attached model (A4 format (297 x 210 mm).

The Declaration on the Conformity of Transnational Adoption, referred to in Article 23, in conjunction with Article 27 (2) of the Convention on the Protection of Children and the Protection of Children in The Hague, adopted on 29 May 1993, in conjunction with Article 27 (2) of the Treaty establishing the European Community, cooperation in the field of interlan adoption (Trb. 1993, 197), the Registrar of the Court of justice which issued the conversion on a form drawn up in accordance with the procedure laid down for Annex 2 Attached model (A4 format (297 x 210 mm).
