Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs and Employment of 25 August 2008, No SV/AB&C/08/23305, laying down rules on the level of subsidy to be provided to training establishments as referred to in Article 50a of the Wet incapacity for the young handicapped (Scheme for the grant of funding from training institutions 2009 to and with July 2012/2010 until and including July 2013)
The Minister for Social Affairs and Employment,
Having regard to Article 50a of the Wet incapacity for the young handicapped ;
Decision:
1 The total subsidy ceiling, referred to in Article 3 of the Training Scheme for Young Disabled Persons with severe training obstacles , for the period from 1 January 2009 to 31 July 2012, shall be 13,3 million.
2 The subsidy ceiling referred to in paragraph 1 shall be as follows on the classes referred to in Article 2 (1) of the Article 4 of the Training Aid Scheme for young disabled people with serious training obstacles , distributed:
Class 1: € 0 million;
Class 2: € 5.3 million;
Class 3: € 8,0 million.
3 By way of derogation from the second paragraph, the amounts referred to above may be increased by up to € 100 000, except that the amount referred to in paragraph 1 is not exceeded.
1 The total subsidy ceiling, referred to in Article 3 of the Training Scheme for Young Disabled Persons with severe training obstacles , for the period from 1 January 2010 to 31 July 2013, shall be 15,8 million.
2 The subsidy ceiling referred to in paragraph 1 shall be as follows on the classes referred to in Article 2 (1) of the Article 4 of the Training Aid Scheme for young disabled people with serious training obstacles , distributed:
Class 1: € 0 million;
Class 2: € 6.3 million;
Class 3: € 9.5 million.
3 By way of derogation from the second paragraph, the amounts referred to above may be increased by up to € 100 000, except that the amount referred to in paragraph 1 is not exceeded.
1 The total subsidy ceiling, referred to in Article 14, second paragraph, of the Training Scheme for the young handicapped with serious training obstacles , amounts to € 2.5 million.
2 The subsidy ceiling, referred to in paragraph 1, shall be as follows on the classes referred to in the Article 4 of the Training Aid Scheme for young disabled people with serious training obstacles , distributed:
Class 1: € 0 million;
Class 2: € 1 million;
Class 3: € 1.5 million.
3 By way of derogation from paragraph 2, the amounts referred to in Class 2 and 3 may be increased by up to € 100 000, except that the amount referred to in paragraph 1 shall not be exceeded.
1 The maximum additional subsidy per applicant, for the purpose of Article 14, second paragraph, of the Training Scheme for the young handicapped with serious training obstacles , it's € 750,000.
2 The maximum subsidy per applicant referred to in the first paragraph shall be as follows: Article 4 of the Training Aid Scheme for young disabled people with serious training obstacles , distributed:
Class 1: € 0;
Class 2: € 300,000;
Class 3: € 450,000.
This arrangement shall enter into force from 1 January 2009.
This scheme is cited as: Scheme grant aid scheme 2009 to July 2012/2010 until July 2013.
This arrangement will be set out in the Official Journal.
