Having regard to Article 2.3.6a, third paragraph , and Article 2.5.5a, third paragraph, of the Education and Vocational Education Act ,

Decision:

Article 1. Conceptual provisions

For the purposes of this arrangement:

• a. Law: Law on education and vocational education ;

• b. registration information: the data of a participant registered with the institution, as mentioned in Article 2.3.6a, second paragraph, subparagraphs (a) to (e) and (h) to (m) , and in Article 2.5.5a, second paragraph, point (a) to (f) (i) to (p) of the Act ;

• c. examination data: the data of a participant registered with the institution, named in Article 2.3.6a, second paragraph, part f and g , and in Article 2.5.5a, second paragraph, part h, of the Act ;

• ed. setting: an institution as specified in Article 1.1.1, part b , an institute referred to in Article 12.3.8 , a college as intended in Article 12.3.9 , an institution as referred to in Article 1.4.1 and an institution as specified in Article 1.4a.1 of the Act ;

• e. First count date: the date of 1 October of any year;

• f. second count date: the date of 1 February of the year following the first counting date;

• g. Minister: Minister of Education, Culture and Science, and, as far as it concerns education in the fields of agriculture, natural environment and food, the Minister of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation.

Article 1a. Scope

This scheme is based on the Articles 1.4.1, seventh paragraph , 1.4a.1, ninth member , 2.3.6a, third member , and 2.5.5a, second paragraph, part h, and third member, of the Education and Vocational Education Act .

Article 2. Specification of enrolment and examination data

The institution shall provide the subscription and examination data in accordance with the specification as set out in the Annex This scheme.

The competent authority of an institution, as referred to in Article 1.4a.1, of the Act which for a training course as intended in Article 7.3.1, first paragraph, part b to f, of the Act Diploma-recognition referred to in Article 1.4a.1, first paragraph, of the Law requires that training education be given to the tendering and examination data of Article 2.3.6a, second paragraph, of the Act In so far as that paragraph has been declared mutatis mutandis in Article 1.4a.1, paragraph (a) of the Act no longer to be provided.

Article 3. Method of provision

• 1 The competent authority shall communicate to the Minister the subscription and examination records of a participant registered with the institution together with the person assigned number electronically.

• If the Minister is not deemed to be able to provide the registration and examination data by electronic means, the Minister shall, in consultation with the competent authority, determine how the provision is to be made.

• 3 By way of derogation from the first paragraph, the competent authority shall provide the information on the basis of Article 2.5.5a. of the Act , concerning participants of the experiments continuous learning lines vmbo-mbo as intended in the Decision experiments continuous learning lines vmbo-mbo 2014-2022 and the combined learning road sphere-bbl, as intended in the Decision on the vocational training of a combined learning pathway , in the manner specified in Annex to Article 2 (E) -To the Minister.

Article 4. Time of delivery

• 1 The competent authority shall provide new registration information and changes in existing registration information as soon as possible, but no later than seven days after the receipt of the registration information or the change has been made to the Minister.

• 2 The competent authority shall provide examination data and changes in the existing examination data, as referred to in Article 4 (2). Article 2.5.5a, second paragraph, part h, of the Act , as soon as possible, but no later than seven days after the diploma has been obtained or the participant has been written out.

• 3 The competent authority shall provide new examination data and changes in the existing examination data as referred to in Article 3 (2). Article 2.3.6a, second paragraph, part (f) and (g) of the Act , in accordance with what is determined by Article 6 of the Arrangement Data Delivery Teaching Number of VO .

Article 5. Return on subscription and examination data

The Minister shall, within two weeks of the provision of the subscription and examination data, report by the competent authority, registration information, on the accuracy and completeness of the tender. Articles 2.3.6b and 2.5.5b of the Act Back to the competent authority.

• 1 The competent authority declares to the Minister that the registered data in the basic register relating to vocational education and continuing general adult education relate to the first counting date in accordance with the provisions of the statutory requirements are as complete and possible as possible.

Article 8. Setting participation information

• 1 For the purposes of providing the registration information, the competent authority shall, using a participation in participation by the Minister, shall provide the following information relating to the institution:

• 1 This arrangement shall enter into force as from the day following the day of the Official Journal of the European Union, except for the "Vocational" Education "Specification" section of the "Vocational Education" Section of the " Annex 'Reason for flow' given under this scheme.

• 2 The training of the vocational education and training of the tendering and examination procedures of the Annex The given 'Reason flow' given under this scheme shall enter into force from 1 August 2010.

This specification is also applicable to participants in vocational education as well as participants in continuing training in general adult education (vavo).

• C. The specification of the subscription and examination data of participants in vocational training courses (the data referred to in the Annex). Article 2.5.5a (b), second paragraph, points (b) to (i) and (l) to (o) of the WEB ).

• D. The specification of the subscription and result data of participants in education training, non-continued general adult education (the data referred to in the Article 2.3.6a (b), second paragraph (b) to (g) and (i) to (l) of the WEB ).

• E. The specification of the subscription and examination data of participants in continuing training in general adult education (the data referred to in the Annex). Article 2.3.6a (b), second paragraph (b) to (g) and (i) to (l) of the WEB )

In the Annex to data, the following dimensions are used in particular:

• • In the case of a boolean (which is a given that can only take two values), only the values 'J' (yes) and ' N' (no) (uppercase) can be used.

• • In the event of a date, the mask should be applied to EEYYMMDD (century-year-month-day) for existing data only, unless otherwise stated.

Explanatory notes to the data

BRIN number

As a reference table, the codification used by DUO is to be used in the Basic Registration (BRIN).

Delivery Point Number

The institution shall use a serial number per delivery-end which it makes known to DUO by means of the participation form. This delivery point number does not have to correspond to the site sequence number in BRIN for that site. This sequence number may be used to determine which part of the data has been supplied and to determine the component in which the data is to be returned when processing the feedback by DUO.

Location

The Netherlands Trade Register (NHR) is a register managed by the Chamber of Commerce in which all Dutch organisations have been given a code, as the unique number of the organisation concerned. In the NHR, the locations of these organisations shall also be registered with an NHR number.

The NHR code and the NHR establishment number are included in the NHR and are available on the www.kvk.nl/ondernemen/producten-handelsregister/ website. The NHR code shall be reported where the participant in the main location of the institution is physically trained for most of the time. The NHR establishment number shall be indicated when the participant is physically trained for most of the time at a secondary location which is part of the institution. The professional practice part of the training does not count for the provision of most of the time of training of the participant.

Explanatory notes to the data

The information specified in this Annex which the institution is required to provide to the Education Office (hereinafter 'DUO') should correspond to the information contained in the Education Agreement (including the amendments to the Education Agreement), or-in Case of a student registered as an examination participant-the information specified in the examination agreement.

The above is no longer known-as before-with data in the Definition column. The definitions of the following data are adapted to:

• -training followed;

• -learning path;

• -intensity,

• -date of registration; and

• -Due date-out date.

The information on professional practice (BPV) listed in this Annex which the institution is required to provide to DUO shall correspond to the data set out in the practice agreement.

Training followed

The provision of the Crebo Code of the qualification, the qualification file or the training domain for which the participant is registered. The code is set out in the Central Register of Vocational Education (hereinafter 'Crebo') managed by DUO on DUO's Internet site.

From 1 August 2012, registration in terminal training courses in the first year of learning is no longer possible (and from 1 August 2013 onwards no longer in the second year of study, etc.).

Learning pathway

In the case of tenders for a final termdriven training, possible values and their meanings shall be:

Level

The provision of this information shall be compulsory in the case of an entry for a training domain or a qualification file. When registering for a qualification, the setting does not need to provide the level, because DUO takes this self out of the qualification (code).

Indication disabled

This concerns all participants with disabilities or chronic disease to whom the institution provides additional support for following their training, as included in the Education Agreement. Closing date of professional practice (BPV)

The marked mutational form of the BPT given is allone for BBL and CBL participants.

Learning Company

The teaching company code is entered in the register of code learning companies mbo which is available on the site www.stagemarkt.nl.

Only training firms with a favourable assessment of the vocational education sector are responsible for taking care of professional practice. At the time when a learning company is recognised as a learning company within the meaning of the Vocational Education Act, the so-called 'learning company' code is granted to the learning company. Next, this code does not change, so it does not change from moving.

Qualification Achieved

Indication of the Crebo code of the qualification as recorded in Crebo that is on DUO ' s internet site. The qualification is to be found in Crebo. The qualification obtained may refer to a qualification file directed training or to an end-termdirected training. The 'retrieved qualification' is an exam entry.

AOC Partial Qualification Achieved

Indication of the Crebo code of the partial qualification as recorded in Crebo on the DUO's Internet site. The partial qualification must be found in Crebo.

This only needs to be provided for final training courses which fall under the responsibility of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation (ELI), the so-called 'green education'.

The AOC Part Qualification qualification only applies to finished termdirected training.

The Indication paid off by tender is a period of time. This means that it is valid for a certain period of time and may be of different value for another period. This information therefore includes a date from which it is valid, the date from which the issue is issued as an indication of any aid granted. By specifying a new value with a new date, the old value automatically ends. However, the old data will remain available. This is the indicator associated with certain teldata: 1 October and 1 February. If the value is J and the date is on or for 1/10 (and the indicator is not changed) the registration counts on both teldata. If the indicator is at 1/10 N and is set between 2/10 and 1/2 (including the boundaries) on J, the tender shall only count on the second date. If that happens after 1/2, it does not count in the whole.

Training followed :

The code indicating the training according to the Education table Education, which will be made available by the DUO. This table is listed in the Program of Eisen on the aforementioned Internet site. It is also published annually in the Scheme Codes .

Highest pre-training:

As a reference table, the departmental pre-training table should be used. This table is listed in the Program of Eisen on the aforementioned Internet site.

In this section, it is the following experiments:

• • (b) A combined learning pathway, as defined in the Decision of the vocational training course, combined learning pathways orb-bbl.

The above data on the experiments are provided by the institutions to BRON pursuant to Article 2.5.5a of the Act. The method of delivery of the above data is different from the regular mode (by electronic means), i.e. lists. Institutions provide lists to which participants in these experiments are listed. In the case of DUO, this data is supplied only if one of the above experiments is involved.
