The Minister for Foreign Affairs,
Having regard to Article 15, first paragraph, point (a) of the Archive Act 1995 ;
Decision:
For the purpose of respect for privacy, the inventory number, mentioned in the first column, of the archives of the Netherlands Agency, later the Embassy in Switzerland in Bern and the Consulate, is later the Consulet General. in Switzerland in Geneva from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 1955-1974, public with effect from 1 January of the year, mentioned in the second column:

Consultation or use of archive documents contained in the inventory number, mentioned in: Article 1 , is only possible after prior written consent of the Director of the National Archives. Applications for access to inspection shall be submitted by the applicant of the 'Form of consent for consultation of non-public archives'; a copy of this form shall be as follows: Annex is annexed to this Decision. The Director may attach conditions to his consent.
The production of reproductions of documents, or publication of records from the archive documents, contained in the inventory number, mentioned in Article 1 , is only possible after prior written consent of the Director of the National Archives. The Director may attach conditions to his consent.
This Decision shall enter into force on the second day following the day of the Official Journal of the Official Journal.
This Decision will be with the corresponding Annex is placed in the State Official Gazette. This Decision is annexed to the Declaration of the Transfer of the Archives of the Dutch Ministry of Envoy, later the Embassy in Switzerland in Bern and the Consulate, later the Consulate General in Switzerland in Geneva from the Netherlands.
