On the nomination of the Secretary of State for Education, Culture and Science, Marja van Bijsterveldt-Vliegenthart, of 27 March 2008, No WJZ/2008/8155 (3815), Management Committee and Legal Affairs, made on behalf of our Minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality;
Having regard to the Articles 10b, 10th paragraph , 10d, Tenth Member , 19 , 22, 1st Member , 29, fourth member , 72, third member , 84, 1st Member , 103, second member , and 103a, third member, of the Secondary Education Act ;
The Council of State heard (opinion of 15 May 2008, No W05.08.0108/I);
Having regard to the further report of the State Secretary for Education, Culture and Science, Marja van Bijsterveldt-Vliegenthart, of 23 May 2008, No WJZ/17287 (3815), Directorate of Legal and Legal Affairs, released on behalf of Our Minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality;
Have found good and understand:
1 The competent authority which, on the day before the date of entry into force of this Decision, provides for an internal programme for the purpose of Article 26j of the Inaugural Act of the WVO As before the entry into force of this Decision, the programme may continue to provide for a period of five years from the date of entry into force of this Decision as long as the conditions laid down in this Decision are fulfilled. Article 26l and Annex 1 of the Inaugural Act of the WVO as stated before the entry into force of this Decision. The competent authority may continue to provide the programme, as provided for in the preceding sentence, from the sixth year following the entry into force of this Decision if and as long as the programme is designated under the Ministerial Regulations, intended to Article 26j, 1st paragraph, first sentence, of the Inaugural Act of the WVO as ushered by Article III (E) , from this decision and by the way it is fulfilled. first, third and fourth members of the first article .
2 The competent authority which on the day before the date of entry into force of this Decision provides for an inter-sector programme based on a decision of Our Minister for Education, Culture and Science on the basis of Article 25 or Article 29, sixth paragraph, of the Law on Secondary Education , this programme may continue to operate for a period of five years from the date of entry into force of this Decision, as long as the conditions applicable to the school or establishment concerned at the start of the care of the programme are fulfilled. The second sentence of the first paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis.
3 The second paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Intrasectory Program Engineering Wide, provided on the basis of a disposition of Our Minister of Education, Culture and Science on the basis of Article 25 or Article 29, sixth paragraph, of the Law on Secondary Education .
The articles of this Decision shall enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts thereof.
Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
