Having regard to the Articles 14 , 17, third member , 34 and 38 of the Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance Act ;
The Council of State heard (opinion of 27 July 2006, No W03.06.0249/I);
Having regard to the further report of our Minister of Justice of 22 August 2006, Directorate-General for Legislation, No 5437344/06/6
Have found good and understand:
The possessor of a bike with trap support, as intended Article 1, part ea, of the Road Traffic Act 1994 is exempted from the obligation to conclude an insurance scheme as referred to in the Motor vehicle liability insurance law .
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 October 2006.
This decision is cited as: Decree-exemption for bicycles with trap-support measures for motor vehicle liability insurance.
Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
