Decision of 13 March 2000 laying down the limits of the exclusive economic zone of the Netherlands and the entry into force of the Law on the exclusive economic zone of the Netherlands (Decision of the Netherlands exclusive economic zone)

On the nomination of our Minister for Foreign Affairs of 25 October 1999, No DJZ/BR/1922-99, done on behalf of the Secretary of State for Transport and Water State;

Having regard to the Articles 2 and 4 of the national exclusive economic zone ;

The Council of State heard (opinion of 21 December 1999, No W02.99.0535/II);

Having regard to the further report by our Minister for Foreign Affairs of 2 March 2000 n DJZ/BR/0278-00, released on behalf of the Secretary of State for Transport and Water State;

Have found good and understand:

The boundaries of the exclusive economic zone of the Netherlands shall coincide with:

  • 2 This Decision shall enter into force as from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Journal in which it is placed.
