In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable to amend the system of appeal in the case of cassation in criminal proceedings and to limit the inflows of cases in order to ensure the efficiency and quality of the administration of the law in cassation. improving;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
Article I, Part A , Article II and Article III (A) , shall not apply to cases in which the judgment or judgment in question has already been delivered at the time of entry into force of this Act. These matters shall be subject to the provisions applicable to the date of entry into force.
Article I, Part B, C, D, E, Part 1, F and G , Article III (B) , Article IV and Article VI shall not apply to cases where, at the time of entry into force of this Law, an appeal has already been lodged in cassation by the accused or other interested party. These matters shall be subject to the provisions applicable to the date of entry into force.
The articles of this Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts of such articles.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
