In this regard, we have taken into consideration the desireation of certain provisions of the Treaty. Penal code , the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Principalwet Prisons on the Posting and Observation of the Posting and Observation;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
In cases where, at the time of entry into force of this Law, it is yet to be decided on a claim as referred to in Article 38 C Sr finds Article I (C) (3) No application.
Article I (E) has no effect on the order for which the judge has ordered, before the date of entry into force of this law, that they will be cared for by the public authorities.
With regard to the procedure to be followed in respect of the first extension of the time limit of posting after the date of entry into force of this Act, the applicable provisions shall be applied at that time.
As regards orders for observation as a result of the provisions of the Articles 196 to: 198 , 317 and 509 G of the Code of Criminal Procedure , which shall be implemented at the time of entry into force of this Act, the applicable provisions shall be applied at that time.
The Articles I under C (1) and (2) , (B) (B) (1) to (4) , insofar as it relates to suspects, and II under C do not affect criminal cases in which the prosecution has already been initiated before the date of entry into force of this Act.
Article II (A) shall not affect criminal cases which have ended before the date of entry into force of this Act.
This Act shall enter into force on a time to be determined by Royal Decree.
Burdens and orders that are in the State Sheet will be placed, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
