All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:

In this regard, we have taken into consideration that it is desirable to Liquor and Horecawet to amend the consumption of alcohol, including in particular young people, to prevent alcohol-related disturbance of the public order as far as possible, and to reduce the administrative burden resulting from the law;

In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

  • 2 At the time of entry into force of the Regulation referred to in the first paragraph, the rules and restrictions shall be deleted on the basis of: Article 4, second paragraph As it was before the entry into force of Article I, Section C -From this law.

  • 3 To the establishment referred to in the first paragraph and the legal effects referred to in paragraph 2, the Mayor shall be widely publiced.

  • 4 The mayor shall provide the paracommercial legal person, if necessary, of an amended authorization, which shall contain the rules and restrictions which arise for him from the Regulation referred to in paragraph 1.

This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree, which may be adopted in a different way for the various articles or parts of such articles.

Up to 12 months after the entry into force of Article I, item FF , of this law, can a mayor for oversight of compliance? Article 20 and 45 of the Drank and Horecawet in his/her congregation alongside the officials appointed by him also officials of the new Food and Were Authority bets.

Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
