So it is that we, the Council of State, and with the mean consults of the States-General, have found and understand, as We approve, and understand the following:
This law shall be governed by:
a. Goudclauses: all clauses and all clauses, in which form or under any name, have also been drawn up, which have the effect of being more financial to the effect of the loss of value of the euro in relation to the whole or to be freed up against the gold.
b. Domestic agreements: agreements, whereby the obligation entered into by the debtor is either expressed or is expressed in a certain amount of the currency of the Kingdom, or is expressed solely in gold weight, in the equivalent of that in the currency of the Kingdom, if, at least on 26 September 1936, the performance of such an animal would have been valid only within the Kingdom of the Kingdom of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
