All those who will see or hear these read, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we have taken the view that measures are necessary to maintain and access social security benefits, provide additional support for those who need support in the back, serious mismanagement of the situation. to counter the implementers of social security laws and to make the assistance more active;
It is true that we, the Department of Consultative Affairs of the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have found and understand the same as We approve and understand:
1 Our Minister of Social Affairs and Employment may be the amounts mentioned in the Article I, Section I , II, parts C and I , III, Parts A and E , IX, Parts A and H , and XVIII amend this law only once after the date of entry into force of those articles.
This Article shall expire six months after the entry into force of the Articles mentioned in paragraph 1.
On the debtor on whom on the day prior to the date of entry into force of Article XVI the debt restructuring scheme applies to natural persons during the period of implementation of that Regulation, Article XVI shall not apply.
The articles of this Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts of such articles.
This law is cited as: Law measures Act Work and Assistance and some other laws.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and public servants who so far as to do so will keep their hands on the precise execution.
