In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable for the harmonisation and tightening up of sanctions to strengthen compliance and enforcement and the fight against abuse and fraud in the legislation of the Member States, to strengthen the rules of the law on fraud and the protection of the Member States. to amend the policy area of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment;
For instance, we, the Department of Consultative Affairs of the Council of State heard, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-liked and understood to be right and to be understood by this:
1 In respect of afforested offences and criminal offences provided by or under the laws amended by this Act and committed no later than the day before the day on which this Act or its relevant part is in force the law, subject to the second paragraph, shall continue to apply as applied to that day.
2 In respect of afforested offences provided by or under the laws amended by this Act and committed no later than the day before the day on which this Act or the relevant part thereof enters into force and continues on the day of entry into force of this Law or the relevant part thereof, the duty shall continue to apply as applicable on the day before the day of entry into force of this Law or the relevant part thereof, provided that no later than on the day of the day of entry into force of the law or the relevant part thereof. the thirtieth day following the day on which this Act or its component has entered into force The violation has been removed or detected.
3 In case of application of the Articles XII, Part B , as regards: Article 20a of the Income Provision Act for the elderly and partially unemployed unemployed persons , XIII, Part B , as regards: Article 20a of the Income Provision Act older and partly incapacitated self-employed workers and XIV, Parts B and F , as regards the Articles 18a and 47g of the Act of Participation the first and second paragraphs shall apply mutatis mutandis.
4 If, in the case of this law, afforestation or criminal offences or penalties are subject to legal effects or are conferred on them, the following shall be conferred on them:
a. Afforested offences and offences committed as from the day of entry into force of this Law or the relevant part thereof, and the offences referred to in the second paragraph, which continue after the thirtieth day of the offence day of entry into force of this Act or its relevant part thereof;
b. involved sanctions imposed on forested offences or offences referred to in subparagraph (a).
5 By way of derogation from the fourth paragraph, in the application of the Articles XV, part J , as regards: Article 34, fifth, seventh and ninth member, of the Working Conditions Act , XVI, part G , as regards: Article 10:7, second, fourth and fifth member, of the Labor Time Act , XVII, part D , as regards: Article 19d, second, fourth and fifth members, of the law on foreigners , XVIII, part B , as regards: Article 18f, second, fourth and fifth paragraphs, of the Wet minimum wage and minimum holiday allowances , and XIX, part B , as regards: Article 19, second, fourth and fifth paragraphs, of the Law allocationsforce by intermediaries to infringements committed before the day of entry into force of the relevant part, but not earlier than two years before that day.
6 The Articles I, Part E , as regards: Article 20 of the Toeslagenwet , II, part E , as regards: Article 36 of the Unemployment Act , III, part E , as regards: Article 63 of the Incapacity Insurance Act , IV, part E , as regards: Article 35 of the Income Provision Act older unemployed , V, part E , as regards: Article 57 of the Disability Insurance Act (Wet op de Disability) , VI, part H , as regards: Article 3:56 of the Law on incapacity for work, young people with disabilities , VII, part A , as regards: Article 77, third paragraph, of the Law on Work and Income to Work , VIII, Part A , as regards: Article 33 of the Health Act , IX, part E , as regards: Article 24 of the General Child Allowances Law , X, part E , as regards: Article 53 of the General Survivors Act , XI, part E , as regards: Article 24 of the General old-age law , XII, part C , as regards: Article 25 , and Part E, in respect of Article 29a of the Income Provision Act for the elderly and partially unemployed unemployed persons , XIII, Part C , as regards: Article 25 and Section E, in respect of Article 29a of the Income Provision Act, older and partly incapacitated self-employed workers and XIV, part G , as regards: Article 58 , and part J, with respect to Article 60c of the Act of Participation shall not apply in respect of claims arising out of the day before the date of entry into force of these Articles and in respect of those claims, the duty shall continue to apply as applied to that day.
The articles of this Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts of such articles.

Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette and that all the ministers, authorities, colleges and civil servants who so concerns will keep their hands on the precise execution.
