  • 2 If against a decision under the Law Central Organ Reception of asylum seekers an objection or notice of appeal has been lodged prior to the entry into force of this Act, the right of appeal shall remain as it applies for that date.

Article 21 of the Law on foreigners , as this article was immediately prior to the date of entry into force of this Act, remains in force with respect to an objection or appeal, filed prior to the entry into force of this Act.

In so far as the period of five years referred to in Article 10, second paragraph, point (b), of the Municipal Act is located before the date of entry into force of this Act, the text of that part shall apply as it was for the entry into force of this Act.


Article 4

In so far as the period of five years referred to in Article B 3, second paragraph, point (b) of the Kieswet is located before the date of entry into force of this Act, the text of that part shall apply as it was for the entry into force of this Act.

  • 1 By way of derogation from Article 4 of Chapter 2 the application of the Municipal Care Act for holders of a conditional permit to stay may be continued for a maximum period of six months in respect of a foreigner who, on the day prior to the entry into force of that Article, as authorisation holder enjoyed benefits in kind under that Act.

  • 2 By way of derogation from Article 4 of Chapter 2 the application of the Municipal Care Act for holders of a conditional licence to stay may be continued in respect of a foreigner who is no longer the holder of the Act prior to the entry into force of that Article. (i) a conditional authorisation to stay but benefits in kind under that law.

    These benefits shall end four weeks after the day on which the decision has been made known to the effect that the conditional marketing authorisation has been withdrawn or the period of validity of the conditional marketing authorisation has expired.

    If the operation of the decision, where the conditional marketing authorisation has been withdrawn or the application for extension has been rejected, has been suspended, the benefits in kind shall end four weeks after the day on which the decision on the conditional authorisation has been suspended. Suspension of suspension and expulsion for that reason no longer has to be omitted. If this is before the entry into force of this Act, the benefits in kind shall end four weeks after the date on which this Act enters into force.

If the proposal from the Act of Law for the Comprehensive Review of the Aliens Law (Aliens 2000) (Comrade II 1998/1999, 26 732), which was introduced into law, submitted by royal message of 16 September 1999, comes into force after the law is made up to law, This law shall be in force at the same time.

This law is cited as: Entry into law of Aliens Act 2000.

Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
