All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we considered that following the review of the General Law governing law it was appropriate to amend the General Law on administrative law and certain related laws on a number of points;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
1 With respect to the transmission of an objection or appeal against a decision disclosed before the date of entry into force of this Act, Article 6:15, third paragraph, of the General Law of Administrative Law as it was used for that time.
2 Regarding the jurisdiction of the court on an appeal against a decision disclosed before the date of entry into force of this law, Article 8:7, 1st paragraph, of the General Law of Administrative Law as it was used for that time.
3 If, on the date of entry into force of this Law, a Registry is due or paid, the old law shall continue to apply.
This Act shall enter into force from the first day of the second calendar month following the date of issue of the Official Gazette, in which it is placed, except for: Article VI , which shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette, in which this Law is placed and operates back to 1 July 1999.
This law is cited as: First assessment of Awb.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
