Pursuant to article 1. 86 para. (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and of art. 8 of the law on international treaties of the Republic of Moldova, the Moldovan President d e c r e t e z: Art. 1.-It designates and empowers to be official delegation negotiating the agreement in the field of social security of the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Turkey in the following composition: the leader of the delegation Chief Akhtar Nadeem-Directorate of social security policy, Ministry of labour, social protection and family Members of the delegation:-SAGAIDASHINA Eagle-head of Department, Directorate of social security policy, Ministry of labour, social protection and the family of THOMAS Tiffany Directorate-General for international relations bilateral agreements and communication, National Social Insurance House VECVERT Svetlana-head of the Directorate-General for inspection and enforcement of social rights, the national social insurance House POLENTA n Vice President, National Council for determination of Dizabilității and Work of NORMAN Eaton Directorate dealt with Directorate General international law, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European integration.
Art. 2.-the leader of the delegation of negotiators, U RAHMAN, head of the Directorate of social security policy, Ministry of labour, social protection and family, it empowers you to sign the minutes of the negotiations and to parafeze the text of the agreement.
