Pursuant to the provisions of art. 12 of the customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000, and of section 8 of the regulation on organization and operation of the customs service, approved by Government decision No. 4 of 2 January 2007, and for the regulation of the export of goods under a preferential ORDON: 1. point 19 shall be added to letter a) of chapter III "instructions on filling in the customs declaration in detail" the figure "36".
   2. in chapter III, section "a. particulars of completing the Declaration in detail the customs procedures for export, temporary export, re-export, transit" is completed with 36 and 40 sections, which will read as follows: "-36" FAVORITES "SECTION-is only used in cases of export/re-export for requesting certificates of preferential origin of goods and is part of the codes related to tariff preferences in accordance with annex 10 to the these rules ".
   "-BOX 40" SUMMARY DECLARATION/DOCUMENT "-can be used only in cases where transit and is supplemented by the inclusion of the number and the date the summary declaration or the Customs document".
   3. The direction of development and information security within the customs service and the State " "Vamservinform" will be operated appropriate modifications in the information system "ASYCUDA World".
   4. Heads of offices will bring to the attention of Customs officers, customs brokers and submission on his behalf the present order.
   5. The execution of this order will be put in charge of the heads of Customs offices.
   6. control of the execution of this Order be put in charge of the Department of revenue and customs control.
   7. This order comes into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
