Following the examination of the application for a licence, having Insurance Broker-reinsurance BROKER CITY "S.R.L. (Alexey Shchusev, 73. Chisinau, 1013600026850) on WHOSE BEHALF the modification of legal address and address of business licensed under article 8 c) and para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), article 15, article 18 para. (6) and paragraph 3. (8) of law No. 451-XV of 30.07.2001 on regulating "through the licensing of entrepreneurship" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 26-28, art. 95), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of financial market DECIDES: 1. the insurance broker's license reperfectează-Reinsurance BROKER S.R.L. "CITY series" NCFM No. 000750, issued on 20 December 2013, indefinitely, for the right to carry out the activity of intermediation in insurance and reinsurance by changing the legal address and address of business licensed str. Alexandru cel Bun 7 of 104, mun. Chişinău in Alexei Shchusev str. 73, mun. Chisinau, issuing a new licence form.
2. It is recognized invalid license form No. 000750 NCFM series previously issued Reassurance Insurance Broker-"CITY" BROKER S.R.L. 3. The license fee for the keeping of 325 lei poured over the Authority's budget.
4. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Directorate-General for insurance supervision.
5. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
