For enforcing the provisions of point 2 of Government decision No. 911 from 25 July 2016 "approving the strategy on the reform of the public administration for the years 2016-2020" (Official Gazette of the RM, no. 2016, 256-264, section 1033), the Government DECIDES: 1. to approve the action plan for the years 2016-2018 to implement public administration reform Strategy for the years 2016-2020 (to be attached).
   2. The financing of actions foreseen in the action plan top-named will be effected on the account and within the appropriation approved for this purpose in the State budget, budgets of public authorities/institutions involved, as well as from other sources, in accordance with the legislation in force.
   3. Ministries and institutions responsible for coordinating components of public administration reform will instituționaliza internal mechanisms for monitoring and will designate those responsible for the collection and analysis of relevant data for the calculation of indicators for monitoring included in the strategy for public administration reform in 2016-2020 and result indicators included in the action plan for its implementation and, subsequently, reporting on performance.
   4. The State Chancellery shall develop and present public authorities for applying the methodology of calculation of the indicators for monitoring the public administration reform Strategy for the years 2016-2020.
   5. The ministries and institutions responsible for implementation shall make the necessary arrangements for implementation of the plan of action for the years 2016-2018 to implement public administration reform Strategy for the years 2016-2020 and the State Chancellery shall submit, on a semi-annual basis until the 10th of the first month of the next period of reporting, notes on the progress of implementation of the actions included in the action plan.
   6. control of the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the State Chancellery, which annually until March 1, will present a report on implementation of the action plan mentioned for review and approval within the National Council for public administration reform, established by Government decision No. 716 dated 12 October 2015.
