On September 29, 2016, Ms. Ana Boudreau, candidate for President of the Republic of Moldova, appointed by the political party "right", to the Central Electoral Commission registration approach as a candidate in the presidential election of October 30, 2016, with the following documents: a) numbered lists and subscription by systematized;
b) Biographical data of the candidate;
c the candidate statement) consent to stand for elections of the President of the Republic of Moldova, yielding and statutory declaration about the absence of legal prohibitions to legal/candida.
the candidate statement d) real estate and bank deposits, securities, amounts received as inheritance and income over the last two years preceding the year in which the election is carried out, as well as sources of income, including income from investment funds, in the form of interest payments, from the rental of property, etc.;
e health certificate) of the candidate for the post of President of the Republic of Moldova issued by a medical institution at which it is highlighted;
f) copy of the identity card of the applicant, with the accompanying document;
g) approach on the appointment of the representative of the advisory vote of the candidate in the Central Electoral Commission;
h) approach on the appointment of the person responsible for the finances of the candidate (Treasurer);
I) symbol.
The Commission notes that the statement about the suspension, during the election campaign, the functions are held for persons falling within the scope of art. 13(2). (3) of the electoral code does not have to be filed because Prime Vice-Rector of International Free University of Moldova, held at the moment by Ms. Ana Boudreau, do not fall within the scope of such legislation.
The set of documents presented to the Commission is annexed to the electoral symbol of the candidate Abdul Boudreau for printing the ballot papers-the word "right".
As a representative of the advisory vote of the candidate in the Central Electoral Commission was appointed, Mr. Boudreau Maximum for which was submitted to the EC Act evidencing higher legal studies. As the person responsible for the finances of the candidate (Treasurer) was appointed Mrs. Vladislava Pranițchi.
Materials submitted were verified and it was found that these meet the requirements of the electoral code.
Under the rules of teaching documents and receipt of subscription by presented by Ms. Ana Boudreau, Central Electoral Commission received for examination 722 lists subscription by with signatures of supporters 19707, numeric declared candidate, out of 20 administrative-territorial units of the second level, in support of Mrs. Ana Boudreau as candidate to the Presidency of the Republic of Moldova. At the same time, the Commission notice that 120 were returned to the lists with the request not to be subject to verification as well as 20 blank forms. Of all the lists which have been submitted by the applicant, 138 lists have not been returned to the Commission.
Following the verification of the authenticity of the data of subscription by mailing lists, 1823 signatures were declared null and void. At the same time, it has been established that, of all signatures, the signature 17701 shall be deemed valid and meet legal requirements in support of the candidate to the position of President of the Republic of Moldova, încadrîndu-in limit requirements laid down in article 23. 102 paragraph 1. (1) and (2) of the electoral code.
Also, note that the Commission has informed the group that the account opened with the words "intended for initiative group" and the only activity which does not involve financial expense, in accordance with section 5 of the Regulation on the financing of the initiative groups and approved by the CEC decision nr. 114 of 18 august 2016.
Given the fact that the legal provisions pertaining to the appointment and registration of the candidate to the President of the Republic of Moldova have been complied with, in accordance with article 10. 13, 15, 18, 26 and 38, para. (2) (a). 41 to 44), 48, para. (4), 100, 101 and 102 of the election code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with the provisions of the regulation relating to the particularities of designation and registration of candidates in the elections for the President of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 113 of 18 august 2016, regulation concerning the drawing up, authentication, verification and presentation of petitions, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 2682 1 October 2014 and the regulation on the financing of the initiative groups and approved by the CEC decision nr. 114 from august 18, 2016, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â r and t e: 1. Record the Ms. Ana Boudreau as the candidate of the political party "right" at elections of the President of the Republic of Moldova of 30 October 2016.
2. Record the electoral symbol to print the ballot papers for the election as President of the Republic of Moldova of 30 October 2016-the word "right".
3. It is confirmed as a representative of the advisory vote in the Central Election Commission for a maximum period of election campaign Mr. Boudreau.
4. It is confirmed as the person responsible for finance (Treasurer) Mrs. Vladislava Pranițchi.
5. notes that the initiative group has not opened the account with the words "intended for initiative group" and the only activity which does not involve financial expense, in accordance with section 5 of the Regulation on the financing of the initiative groups and approved by the CEC decision nr. 114 of 18 august 2016.
6. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
