with regard to the examination of the application for the issuance of a license "exclusive" PP S.R.L. for the tv station "ExclusivTV"



Published: 13.01.2017 in Official Gazette No. 9-18 art Nr: 57 by f/No. of 27 December 2016, PP "Exclusively" S.R.L. has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA issuing license for television station "ExclusivTV", whose service programmes to be broadcasted through networks of distributors of services in the country.
Enterprise Manager aims to create a television format with fun, and principle broadcasting television station will be made up of indigenous broadcasts.
Following the examination of the application and in accordance with the provisions of art. 23 from the audiovisual Code No. 260-XVI dated 27.07.06, art. 18-20 of the regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing licences and authorizations, CCA DECIDES: 1. To accept the request of PP "Exclusively" on the issue of Media S.R.L. license, for a period of six years for television station "TV" Exclusively, whose service programmes to be broadcasted through networks of distributors of services in the country (PRO-(7)-HAMMER , A, A: BARBALATA. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, c., b. DAMASCUS and d. VALENTINO;  CONS-(2)-o. GUŢUŢUI and m. OBI-HADIRCA).
1.1. To approve the concept of service of General programs for television station "ExclusivTV", as follows: the General Conception of the service programs of the TV station "ExclusivTV": Format of principle and the structure of service programs: b.1. Format: Fun B. 2. The structure of the programmes after the source of origin (total hours of airtime a week: 168 hours)-domestic Programmes (broadcast): 35% carried out directly by the licensee: 35% made by independent producers in the Republic of Moldova 0% Taken (coming) from another broadcaster in the Republic of Moldova 0%-programs (shows, movies) from (downloaded, purchased, retransmitted) from the emission of other broadcasters not under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova : 50% (with the name service nomination programs): Comedy-Russia, THT B. 3. European works: 35% b. 4. The structure of service programs on types of projects/Programmes: broadcasts informative and analytical-: 0%-educational and cultural Programs: 22%-Page (artistic, documentary, animation): 16%-Music: 0%-other programmes: 47%-advertising, teleshopping, sponsorship: 13%-Promo: 2% 2. For issuing license, PP "Exclusively" S.R.L. shall pay a fee in the amount of $3250.
3. Bank Data: CCA Chisinau, Vlaicu Pircalab str., nr. 46 c/f: 1006601004024 Ministry of Finance-State Treasury Code IBAN: MD95TRPAAA142310A00348AA fee for issuing license constitutes 3250 lei.
4. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise Direction and authorization and Licensing Service Economics, finance and accounting.
5. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
