on the establishment of the Special Commission for the selection of candidates for membership of the European Committee for the prevention of torture and inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment



Published: 30.12.2016 in Official Gazette No. 478-490 art No.: 966 date of entry into force: 16.12.2016 in connection with expiry of the term of a member of the European Committee for the prevention of torture and inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment on the part of the Republic of Moldova, the Parliament has adopted the following decision.
Art. 1.-pursuant to article. 32 and 33 of regulation Parliament Special Commission be set up to select candidates to the position of Member of the European Committee for the prevention of torture and inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment given the following consists of the following: President BAILEY V-parliamentary faction representing the Democratic Party of Moldova Vice President Ralph BIGHEAD CARP parliamentary faction representing the party of Socialists of Moldova Ion CASIAN-Secretary of the parliamentary faction of the Liberal Party Members DOLINȚĂ Alla-the parliamentary faction of the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova PADNEVICI Carter-the parliamentary faction of the party Democratic Party of Moldova AAA-faction of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova POSTOICO mabale parliamentary faction representing the party of Communists of Moldova: Saber PLEȘCA N-unaffiliated parliamentarian Deputy Anatolie ZAGORODNÎI-unaffiliated.
Art. 2.-the list of candidates, with additional material, shall be submitted to the Bureau of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe until January 15, 2017.
Art. 3.-This decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
