III. the "SATELLITE TV" S.R.L., founder of Studio television TV "SAT", through a request f/No. of 25 November 2016, has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA of the keeping conditions to permit relay series AB nr. 000200 from 04.03.2015, by excluding from its coverage of Danu (r-nul Glodeni) and inclusion in its coverage of localities: Pelinia (Drochia-r), Sofia (r-Drochia) and the village of Pirlita (Mr. Arrogant), and approval of supply programmes retransmitted for the following localities: cities of Soroca, donduseni, Drochia and Hăsnăşenii Mari villages, Moara de Piatră, Petreni, Șuri, Țarigrad, White eye Fîntîniţa , Mîndîc, Chetrosu, Gribova, Baba, Nicoreni Pelinia (Drochia-r) Tîrnova (r-nul Donduseni), Pirlita Răuţel and (Mr. Arrogant).

6. tenders of programme services of "TELE-" S.R.L. (approved by the BCC decisions No. 8/42 of 3 April 2015 and no. 75 of 12 June 2014), "TV" S.R.L. (appendices 1, 3 and 4, approved by the CCA Decision No. 20/98 of 5 June 2015, annex 8, which was approved by the CCA Decision No. 30/141 of 22 July 2015 and Annex No. 9 CCA, approved by decision No. 15/89 of 31 May 2016), "DĂNIS" S.R.L. (approved by decision No. 28/CCA 131 of 16 July 2015) shall be declared null and void and will be kept in the files of the holders. The license of "5" TV series AA No. S.R.L. 082865 from 13.10.2009 is declared invalid.
7. Bank details for the keeping conditions to the authorization of retransmission license and keeping CCA: Chisinau, str. Vlaicu Pircalab 46 c/f: 1006601004024 Ministry of Finance-State Treasury Code IBAN MD95TRPAAA142310A00348AA fee for the keeping conditions constitutes consent relay 250 lei, while the fee for keeping license is $325.
