Published: 06.01.2017 in Official Gazette No. 2-8 art Nr: 19 still Conscious of the necessity of developing the audiovisual market and to stimulate the production of domestic audiovisual, CCA announced, by decision No. 30/179 of 28 October 2016, the contest for the selection of projects of audiovisual programmes, to provide financial resources for the Fund for the support of broadcasters, for the year 2016.
The contest was scored 23 for broadcasters, who have submitted 33 projects, comprising several themes announced in the contest.
Following the examination of the dossiers, drafts of Air-"Communication" Ltd., founder of the radio station "Radio GOLD FM ', 7 were not accepted into the contest, because the broadcaster has been working in the Chisinau municipality and broadcast service via ether in Chisinau, which violates the rules of conduct of selection of projects of audiovisual programmes, to provide financial resources for the Fund for the support of broadcasters , for the year 2016.
"Bizim Dalgamiz" projects LTD., founder of "Dalgamiz TV stations" and "Radio Dalgamiz", and "ENI" LLC, founder of television station "TV," Eni Ai cannot be admitted into the competition because the last day for receipt of participation-18.11.2016, broadcasters have submitted the request to participate, the only other acts being delivered late, on 21 November 2016.
Thus, the contest was attended by 20 broadcasters with 27 projects of audiovisual programmes.
I. "Bizim Aidinic" SRL presented 2 projects for television station broadcasts "Cocuc" ATV and radio station "FM" Budjeac, as follows: • For tv station ATV-"Cocuc"-the project of the "Gagauz halk zengini" (Gagauz people's heritage), on the theme: programs/about/for national minorities. Under the draft, the broadcaster is to implement 12 shows of 30 min. each, in Gagauz language with subtitles in Russian, which will be broadcast twice a month.
Project cost-160 000 lei. Amount requested from CCA-112 000 lei.
• For radio station "FM project" Budjeac-program "Проблемы экологии где опасность главная:?" (Ecological problems: where's the greatest danger?), on the topic: addressing ecological problems. Under the draft, the broadcaster is to implement 12 shows of 30 min. each, in Gagauz language, which will be broadcast twice a month.

Under the draft, the broadcaster is to implement 24 broadcast of 20 min. each, in the Romanian language, which will be aired weekly.

V. "GURINEL" SRL, the founder of television station "GURINEL TV", presented the project of the "kids", programs with the theme:/about/minors and education. Under the draft, the broadcaster is to implement 30 broadcast of each 60 min. each, in the Romanian language, which will be aired weekly.

Vi. "the founder" SRL, JEVISE television station "AGRO", presented the TV project "ecological Phenomenon", on the topic: addressing ecological problems. Under the draft, the broadcaster is to implement 13 shows of 30 min. each, in Romanian language, which will run once every two weeks.

VII. "LV-TOPAL" presented the 2 projects for television station broadcasts "BASS" TV and radio station "FM BASS", as follows: • for television station "TV-project" BASS "родных У истоков" (native Origins), on the theme: programs/about/for national minorities. Under the draft, the broadcaster is to implement 8 shows of 25 min. each, in Ukrainian, Gagauz, Bulgarian, Russian, Romanian, who will be running bi-monthly.

VIII. "MAR-SADAQAT", founder of television station "TV", SOR presented draft "Speranţa", theme: Program with/about/for people with disabilities. Under the draft, the broadcaster is to implement 5 broadcast of 20-40 minutes each, in the Romanian language, which will be broadcast on a monthly basis.
Project cost-75 000 lei. Amount requested from APPROX. 50 000 lei.
IX. Public Association "Media-Group", MERIDIAN founder of radio Eco FM ", presented the project" Between Yes and no, "on the topic: addressing ecological problems. Under the draft, the broadcaster is to implement 48 programs of 45 min. each, in the Romanian language, which will be aired weekly.

XI. "MEDIA SPHERE", founder of the radio station "Radio Orhei", presented the project of the "Generation" to the theme: programs/about minors and education. Under the draft, the broadcaster is to implement 15 broadcast of each 45 min each, in the Romanian language, which will be aired weekly.

XII. XIX. "Vertamar" Ltd, founder of television station VTV "Ungheni", presented the project of "Health-mirror of the soul" at the theme: promoting a healthy lifestyle. Under the draft, the broadcaster is to implement 18 shows of 25 min. each, in the Romanian language, which will be aired weekly.
Project cost-67 425 pence. Amount requested from CCA-67 425 pence.
XX. "TV"-MEGAN presented 2 projects for television station broadcasts "Prime" TV and radio station "Radio Prim", as follows: • for television station "TV-First" project "at home", the theme: programs/about/for national minorities. Under the draft, the broadcaster is to implement programs of 20 30-40 minutes each, in Romanian, Ukrainian, Polish, which will be aired weekly.
Project cost-60 000 lei. Amount requested from APPROX.-60 000 lei.
• For the radio station "Radio Prim"-project "Health matters", theme: promoting healthy way of life. Under the draft, the broadcaster is to implement programs of 20 30-40 minutes each, in the Romanian language, which will be aired weekly.
Project cost-40 000 lei. Amount requested from APPROX.-40 000 lei.
In the context of public debate, members of the BCC said that, unlike last year, increased the interest of local broadcasters for this competition, including increased budgets of these projects, it can be ascertained and increases the amounts requested by artificial at CCA. At the same time, Council members have found that some projects launched and funded with support from the CCA located their continuity and are already made from their own forces by local broadcasters.
As the criteria for assessing financial projects established by ABOUT a few highlights: the originality of conception; the complexity of the format; the cost per minute of previous projects funded by the CCA and the costs per minute published in budget implementation of programmes by the public broadcaster NPBI "Teleradio-Moldova.
