Under the regulation of the Ministry of regional development and construction of the Republic of Moldova, approved through Government decision No. 662 of 10 November 2009;
in accordance with the provisions of the NCM. "principles and 01.03 -96 methodology of settlement construction. The manner of elaboration of normative documents ";
considering the Protocol No. 07 September 30, 2016 Technical Committee meeting of the CT-05 C "industrial and civil Construction, evaluate," ORDON: 1. Approving the normative document NCM c. 01.03: "designing buildings for 2016 institutions of general education."
2. The normative document NCM c. 01.03:2016 "Designing buildings for general educational establishments" shall be implemented, beginning with the publication of this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
3. Economic and technical regulations Directorate will:-conduct record this normative document in the established manner;
-ensure the publication of this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova;
-place this normative document on the website of the Ministry of regional development and Construction: www.ednc.gov.md under the heading "Normative construction";
-ensure multiplication of publication and upgrade in the established manner.
4. This order shall be repealed by order No. 133 from the Ministry of Territorial Development 16.08.1999, and Communal Buildings, approving NCM c. 01.03 -2000 "Designing buildings for general education schools".
5. The control over the execution of the present order is put in charge of Mr. Anatolie Zolotcov, Deputy Minister.
