To execute the decision of the National Commission of financial market nr. 14/1 09.04.2010 "regarding the displaying for sale of securities and the Party held by a FIDUCIARY" COLLABORATION "in liquidation" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, no. 61, article 235), in accordance with article 10. 1 (1). (1), art. 20 paragraph 1. (1) and art. 25 para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), paragraph 5.5 and point 8.12 in liquidation of the participant or his professional activity on the securities market in the event of withdrawal (expiry) license issued by the National Securities Commission, approved by the decision of the National Commission for securities No. 6/5 of 03.02.2000 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, no. 63-64, art. 222), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of financial market DECIDES: 1. to approve the notice of reassessment of the Party held by the TRUST COMPANY "COLLABORATION" in the process of liquidation, in accordance with the annex.
2. Control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Directorate-General for collective investments and microfinance.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
