Examining the materials submitted by the tenderer the enterprise with foreign capital "North-active" S.R.L., in accordance with article 8 k) and para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), art. 20 para. (1) letter a) and art. 24 para. (4) of law No. 171 of 11.07.2012 "capital market" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 193-197, 665), the regulation on takeover bids approved by Decision of the National Commission of financial market nr. 33/1 from 16.06.2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, nr. 197-205, 1346), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of financial market DECIDES: 1. to approve the voluntary takeover offer initiated by the tenderer Undertaking foreign-owned "North-active" S.R.L., which is the purchase of ordinary shares 59 710 cheque issued by the restaurant "VIS-à-VIS-RETRO" (BD. Moscova 1/2, mun. Chisinau, IDNO1002600010103), at the price of 23.70 leis with action 16 days from the date of notification.
2. Application of article 30 of law No. 171 of 11.07.2012 "capital market" to be notified in advance of the National Commission of Financial Market.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
