The GOVERNMENT DECIDES: Government decision No. 133 of 24 February 2014 "With regard to the creation of the automatic information system called register of infrastructure objects attracted" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014. 53-58, art. 164) is modified and completed as follows: 1) in section 2 of the decision, the figures "2014-2015" shall be replaced with "2017-2018";
2) in annex No. 1: a) in paragraph 1, the basics "infrastructure objects attracted", "electrical distribution network", "electrical network", "distribution network for natural gas", "gas transport network natural", "networked" water supply, sewerage system "" is excluded;
b) in point 5: the menu item 2), the word "gas" shall be replaced with "natural gas";
in the menu item 3), the concepts of "water supply networks" and "sewers" shall be substituted with the notions of "public water supply" and "public sewerage system";
be completed in the final with a new sentence with the following content: "real estate Networks and related objects are not subject to registration in the register of infrastructure objects attracted.";
c) point 8 shall be completed in the end a new sentence with the following content: "automated data Exchange between SIA and other ROITE state information systems shall ensure free via interoperability platform set up by the Government.";
d) in point 10, subparagraphs 2 and 3)) shall read as follows: "2) draft regulations with regard to the register of infrastructure objects attracted;
3) draft Government decision approving the regulation on the manner of keeping the register of infrastructure objects attracted ";
e) menu item 4) are excluded;
in point 14 f) subparagraph (1)), ' water supply networks, sewage network "shall be replaced with the words" public water supply and public sewage system ";
g) 32:6), the text after the word "gas", in all cases, enter the word "natural";
the menu item 8), the words "water network" shall be replaced with the words "public water supply";
the menu item 9), the words "sewers" shall be replaced with the words "public sewerage system";
h 33) shall be completed in the end the following: "SIA ROITE will be hosted by the Government technology platform (Madrigal) and reuse government services platform (MPass, MLog MSign, etc.)";
