Pursuant to law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), article 8, subparagraph (a). m) and lit. o), article 22, paragraph 2. (3), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities securities placed the insurance company "GENERAL INSURANCE" (str. Armeneasca 27, mun. Chisinau, 1016600035165) on WHOSE BEHALF worth 25 000 000 25 000 000 lei in number of registered ordinary shares with the nominal value of 1 leu with the State registration number MD14GEAS1003.
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of financial market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
