Pursuant to law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), article 8 paragraph 2 of point m) and subparagraph (c)), article 22, paragraph 2. (3), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), NATIONAL BOARD of FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE MARKET:

     1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities under the securities put on the results of the additional issue of shares in the public limited companies:-"TRANSCON-M" (str. Vasile Alecsandri 121/A, mun. Chisinau, 1003600017682) on WHOSE BEHALF of 11 000 000 1 100 000 lei in number of registered ordinary shares with the nominal value of 10 lei with the State registration number MD14SCON1000 at the expense of converting debts creditoriale;
-"GALANTA" (Vasile Lupu str. 171, or. Orhei, 1003606006239) on WHOSE BEHALF worth 1 940 000 MDL number 194 000 nominative ordinary shares with nominal value of 10 lei with the State registration number MD14GALA1004 at the expense of turnovers.
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
