I. Application No. 26/25 of 5 September 2016, "RADIO-RBS" S.R.L. has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA keeping AC series license No. 000054 from 18.12.2014 for the radio station "Radio style/Стильное Радио," by changing the legal address: MD-2068, bd Moscow No. 21, section 3, mun. Chisinau, MD-2038: str. Decebal, nr. 76 306, AP.5, Chisinau municipality. Chisinau.
   II. Application No. 64-R/TV from September 7, 2016, "HB" S.R.L. has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA keeping AC series license No. 000038 from 17.04.2014 for the tv station "REALITY TV", by changing the legal address: MD-2012, str. Vlaicu Parcalab Street nr. 45, et. 3, mun. Chisinau, MD-2012,: str. a. Shchusev's no. 76 A, et al. 2, mun. Chisinau.
  III. On September 23, 2016, by letter f/No. "Media resources" S.R.L., founder of ANOTHER television station "TV" has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA keeping AC series license No. from 22.05.2010 000068, by changing the name of the television station: "ALT" TV in "Orhei" TV.
During the meeting, members of the public electronic media watchdog CCA i have requested administrator "Media resources" S.R.L., Dumitru CHITOROAGA, submit a supplementary act on the part of local public administration from Orhei town or that right would authorize AGEPI use name "Orhei" TV. As a result, any application for a licence, having emission has been postponed until the submission of the required documents.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 18 paragraph 1. (6) of the law on regulating licensing through entrepreneurship No. 451 from 30.07.2001, of art. 23, 25, 28, 36, 39-41 of the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of BCC is supervised, of status, of art. 25 of the regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing licences and permits, approved under Resolution No. 433-XVI dated 28.12.2006 on Moldova's Parliament, and under laws presented by the undertakings, the audiovisual Coordinating Council DECIDES: 1. To approve A request by reissuing (with the release of a new form) to the AC series license No. 000054 from 18.12.2014 for the radio station "Radio style/Стильное Радио," by changing the legal address: MD-2068, bd Moscow No. 21, section 3, mun. Chisinau, MD-2038: str. Decebal, nr. 76 306, AP.5, Chisinau municipality. Chişinău (PRO-(8)-HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, b. DAMASCUS, o. GUŢUŢUI, c. MÎŢU, m. OBI-HADIRCA, and d. VALENTINI).
2. To approve A request by reissuing (with the release of a new form) to the AC series license No. 000038 from 17.04.2014 for the tv station "REALITY TV", by changing the legal address: MD-2012, str. Vlaicu Parcalab Street nr. 45, et. 3, mun. Chisinau, MD-2012,: str. a. Shchusev's no. 76 A, et al. 2, mun. Chişinău (PRO-(8)-HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, b. DAMASCUS, o. GUŢUŢUI, c. MÎŢU, m. OBI-HADIRCA, and d. VALENTINI).
3. emission licences AC series No. 000054 from 18.12.2014 and AC series nr. 000038 from 17.04.2014 are declared invalid.
4. emission licences For the keeping, "RADIO-RBS" S.R.L. and "HB" S.R.L. will pay each a fee amounting to 325 pence.
5. Bank details for keeping license: CCA Chisinau, Vlaicu Pircalab str., nr. 46 c/f: 1006601004024 Ministry of Finance-State Treasury Code IBAN: MD95TRPAAA142310A00348AA fee for keeping license constitute 325 pence.
6. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise Direction and authorization and Licensing Service Economics, finance and accounting.
7. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
