Pursuant to article 1. 59 paragraph 1. (2) and article 139 paragraph 2 of point f.) of the code of education of the Republic of Moldova nr. 152 of 17 July 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, nr. 319-324, art. 634), as amended, art. 86, para. (1) (a). c) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (2) of the civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107-XV of 6 June 2002 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, no. 82-86, 661), as amended and supplemented, and in order to reduce Government expenditure budgetary sources, DECIDES: 1. supports the proposal of the Ministry of agriculture and food industry to dissolve through winding, starting 1 July 2017, the public institution "Lyceum in Chisinau".
2. Ministry of agriculture and food industry: 1) will create, within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this judgment, the Commission, which will ensure that the liquidation of the institution referred to in paragraph 1 in the manner established by law;
2) will create, in collaboration with educational institutions in the sphere of its activity, the Commission of the transmission assets and will ensure, within 30 working days, sending them to the educational institutions, in accordance with the regulation on mode of transmission of public property goods, approved by Government decision No. 901 of 31 December 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova , 2016, nr. 1, art. 2), as amended and supplemented.
3. Pupils of the public institution "Lyceum in Chisinau is transferred, for the completion of studies in other theoretical schools. Chisinau, or in the country.
4. Until the completion of their studies, students admitted to the high school nominated, studies from other localities of the Republic, will be housed in the home of the State Agrarian University of Moldova.
5. Discharge of employees in connection with the liquidation of the institution referred to in paragraph 1 of this judgment shall be made in accordance with the labour legislation in force, in case of impossibility to transfer them.
6. In annex 4. 3 the Government decision No. 793 of 2 December 2009 "on approval of the regulation on organisation and functioning of the Ministry of agriculture and food industry, its structure and maximum staff of its central apparatus" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, 174-175, 875), as amended and supplemented, the "Lyceum in Chisinau" is excluded.
7. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Ministry of agriculture and food industry.
