    Pursuant to article 1. 18 and 26 of the election code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. The duties of the members of the Central Electoral Commission during the electoral period of the presidential election set for October 30, 2016, as follows: Alina Russu, President:-coordinates the activity of all electoral bodies, including those established abroad, on the Organization and conduct of the elections under the terms of the electoral code;
Canan, Vice-President-coordinates the activity of training of electoral officials and the implementation of programmes of electoral education;
-coordinates the activity of examination of the applications for accreditation of international and national observers of the Central Electoral Commission;
-coordinate the examination of the complaints submitted to the Commission, where appropriate, grant the district electoral Councils ' consultations to examine complaints;
-coordinate the resolution of issues relating to the accessibility of the electoral process for persons with disabilities;
Patricia Valdez, Secretary:-is responsible for the functioning of the State Register of voters, as well as the procedure for drawing up, management, dissemination and updating of the voter;
-provides control over the management of the electoral contestants of funds wired into the electoral fund;
-ensure the attention of the members of the Commission, district electoral councils, other electoral bodies, public administration bodies, institutions, enterprises, organizations, political parties, social-political organizations, persons with responsible positions of President of the Commission, provisions, and other materials;
-coordinate models of electoral documents;
Iurie Ciocan, Member:-coordinates and ensures compliance with the rules governing the electoral campaign in the mass media;
-coordinates the process of organizing and conduct of local elections;
Vasile Gafton, Member:-shall mean, where is delegated, the Central Electoral Commission in court, based on the proxy;
Jennifer s., Member:-shall mean, where is delegated, the Central Electoral Commission in court, based on the proxy;
Maximum Ladani, Member:-shall mean, where is delegated, the Central Electoral Commission in court, based on the proxy;
-is responsible for cooperation with the authorities of central public administration in order to ensure the necessary conditions for the proper conduct of elections;
Vladimir Șarban, Member:-work together with local governments in the field of the organisation and conduct of elections;
-coordinate the resolution of matters relating to the special procedures of the turnout of voters from Transnistria;
Andrei Roberto, Member:-coordinates and ensures the recording activity of the electoral blocs at the Central Electoral Commission.
2. At the same time, each Member of the Central Electoral Commission shall exercise the following powers:-coordinates the activity of the district electoral councils concerning the implementation of the schedule for carrying out the actions provided for in the electoral code on the Organization and conduct of elections;
-coordinates the process of reception and verification of documents related to the registration of initiative groups and candidates to the President of the Republic of Moldova;
-responsible for the examination of materials submitted to the Central Electoral Commission setting up district electoral councils and freeing up their members;
-carries out the control over the establishment of electoral bodies and lower hierarchical polling station, execution of bottling the ballots for each polling station;
-coordinates the development of draft decisions on the complaints lodged with the Central Electoral Commission;
-participate in training seminars for electoral officials;
-coordinates the activity of reception of documents relating to the election, according to election results summed up the apportionment set out in point 3.
3. the members of the Central Electoral Commission coordinates the activity of the district electoral councils of the second level, and the bureaus of polling stations as follows: Alina Russu, President-Center of the Chisinau municipality. Chisinau, Cimislia and Ialoveni rayon and;
Canan, Vice President-Ciocana and riscani sectors of Chisinau municipality. Chisinau;
Patricia Valdez-Secretary sectors Botanica and Buiucani district of the Chisinau municipality. Chisinau;
Iurie Ciocan, Member-mun. Balti and Cahul rayon, Basarabeasca, Nisporeni, Straseni;
Vasile Gafton-rayon of Briceni, Member, Donduseni, Glodeni, Riscani, singerei cimislia;
Jennifer s., Calarasi rayon, Member-Hincesti, Orhei, Rezina, Telenesti, Ungheni;
Maximum Ladani, Cantemir rayon, Member-Leova, Taraclia and ATU Gagauzia;
Vladimir Șarban, a member of district-Anenii Noi, Causeni, Criuleni, Dubăsari, Edineț, Stefan-Voda;
Andrei Roberto, Member-to district Falesti, floresti, Drochia, Soroca, Soldanesti.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
