(3) (a). e) of the Civil Aviation Law nr. 1237-XIII of 09.07.1997 and b(3) of section 7 5) of the rules relating to the organisation and functioning of the Civil Aviation Authority, approved by Government Decision No. 645 from 07.08.2014, to execute duties incumbent on Civil Aviation Authority as a public authority which approves the regulations, instructions and other technical documents that contain enforceable standards and procedures for individuals and legal entities working in the field of civil aviation and to establish requirements for organizations to design procedures for instrumental flight for air traffic in Chișinău and THREAD to ensure air traffic safety , ORDON: 1. Approving the document 01 Edition "technical requirements regarding the design, verification and approval procedures for instrumental flight" in accordance with the annex to this order.
2. Civil Aviation Authority will make available to all interested persons to this order through publication on the official website www.caa.md, in the section "normative framework-regulations".
3. The document "technical requirements regarding the design, verification and approval procedures for instrumental flight", in accordance with the annex to this order shall be implemented within 6 months from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
4. This order shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
