Village Council Secretary Grozești, Nisporeni Raion, has relayed the Central Electoral Commission demands the resignation of councilors and Dragan Dragan St-Victor Celis elected on the list of the Liberal Party, as well as the documents necessary for the award of mandates of Councillor the following alternate candidates.
Since the list of Deputy candidates of the Liberal Party has been exhausted, was reestablished declining to determine electoral competitor whom rests vacancy. After declining the largest numerical value shall be the list of candidates of the Democratic Party of Moldova.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, mandates village Council Grozești them alternate candidates Jalba Nina and Antonina's list S Democratic Party of Moldova, confirmed by the decision of the Court of 18 June 2015 Nisporeni. The award of mandates has been taken account of alternate candidates Ghenadie statements Mitrofan, Lade Vale, Jalba Valeriu Rusu, Lilian Whiting, Paul, Paul Rae, Ibanez Boris on the Liberal list and on the list of S Maria Moldovan Democratic Party by which they refuse the assignment of counsel.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (2), art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) (a). u), art. 133 paragraph 2. (9), (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. (2) (a). f) and paragraph 3. (3) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local elected officers, and in accordance with section 23, 25, 26 and 29 of regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Amounts in connection with applications for resignation, mandates and Dragan Dragan Adviser Victor Davis-Cates elected on the list of the Liberal Party in the village Council Grozești.
2. assign mandates village Council Grozești, Nisporeni, alternate candidates Jalba Nina and Antonina's list S Democratic Party of Moldova.
3. Nina preavizează Jalba advisors and S obligation to Antonina on the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
