1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, the mandate of the elected list Boscanean Andrei political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova" in Slobozia-Duşca Village Council.
2. It assigns council mandate in Slobozia-Duşca Village Council, Criuleni, Andrei Rubanovici alternate candidate on the list of political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova".
March. It preavizează adviser Andrei Rubanovici the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
