(3) of Law no. 436-XVI of 28 December 2006 on public administration and in accordance with section. 8:29 p.m. of Regulation on the procedure of lifting and validation of the mandates adviser, approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. Declare vacant a term of municipal councils Rosietici.
2. Is assigned mandate communal councils Rosietici, Floreşti, Oleg Gheorghieş alternate candidate on the list of Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova.
