The Central Election Commission received applications for resignation of Mohammad Councilors elected Victor party political "party of Socialists of Moldova" and the chosen list Voloșinovici Galina political party "our party" in the City Council Otaci, Ocnița, and documents required for award of the warrants the next counselor alternate candidates.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the mandates of Councillor in the City Council incumbent candidates alternate Otaci Casco Alexander from the political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova and Igor Maximov in the list of political party" our party ". Lists alternate candidates were confirmed by the decision of the Court of 28 June 2015 Ocnița. The award of the mandate have been taken into account the applicant's Declaration on the alternate list Ievgenii Khibovskyi political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova", whereby it refuses the assignment of counsel, as well as the statement issued by city Otaci through confirming hearing abroad country candidate alternate Capper of party Oxana "our party".
Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (2), art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) (a). u), art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. (2) (a). f) and paragraph 3. (3) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local elected officers, and in accordance with section 23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Amounts in connection with applications for resignation, Mohammad Councilors elected mandates Victor party political "party of Socialists of Moldova" and the chosen list Voloșinovici Galina political party "our party" in the City Council Otaci.
2. mandates are assigned an adviser in City Council Otaci, Ocnița, alternate candidates in the list of Hull Alexandr political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova and Igor Maximov in the list of political party" our party ".
3. preavizează Aleksandr Maximov and counseling Casco Igor on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
