Pursuant to article 1. 18 of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with the regulation on delegation of employees of entities of Republic of Moldova, approved by Government Decision No. 10 of January 5, 2012, the Central Electoral Commission decides: 1. delegate, for the period from 22 to 25 April 2016, Mr Andrei Roberto, Secretary of the Central Election Commission, and Mr. Edward Răducan, Member of the Central Election Commission, to participate in the observation of the presidential election which will take place on 24 April 2003 in the Republic of Austria.
2. The delegation will travel to Vienna by air route Chisinau-Vienna-Chisinau, with stopover.
3. financial-economic Direction will pay transport costs, accommodation and subsistence expenses.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
