Village Council Cornești, Ungheni, by decision No. 2/5 from 2 March 2016, raised in connection with absence without good reason from three consecutive meetings of the Council, the mandate of the hearing officer chosen on the list Frank Galina Liberal Party. Thus, it became vacant a counselor assigned to its nominees.
At the same time, Secretary of the Central Electoral Commission resignation of Alderman Șoltoianu Va chose the list of the electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca" and documents necessary for the assignment of counsel to the next alternate candidate.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, mandates village Council Cornești them alternate candidates off the list Tuesday Abbott of the Liberal Party, and Sergei list Tai of the electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca." Lists alternate candidates were confirmed by the decision of the District Court of Ungheni dated 23 June 2015.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (2), art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) (a). u), art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. (2) (a). f) and paragraph 3. (3) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local elected officers, and in accordance with section 18 lit. c), 23 and 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission decides: 1. Take note of the holidays a mandate Council Cornești village.
2. Amounts in connection with the resignation, the mandate of the hearing officer chosen list Șoltoianu Va electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca" village in Cornești Commune Council.
3. the mandates assigned to it by the village Council Cornești, Ungheni, alternate candidates off the list Tuesday Abbott of the Liberal Party, and Sergei list Tai of the electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca."
4. preavizează Alexander Tuesday Tai advisors Sergei on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
5. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
