NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES:

1. Prescribing persons with officials of International Insurance Company "ASITO" SA carry out, within 1 day of entry into force of this decision, the payment as reimbursement requests submitted by foreign insurance companies, whose term execution expired on account of funds held in current accounts of the insurer.
2. Prescribing repeatedly persons with officials of International Insurance Company "ASITO" SA payment of any sums National Desks engines from abroad or foreign insurance companies have paid as compensation for damage caused by the holders of certificates insurance "Green Card" issued by insurers in accordance with the General Regulation of the Council of Bureaux international insurance system "Green Card" and not allowing new applications for calling in collateral submitted by the national engines from abroad to be paid by the Office national Motor Insurers.
March. It warns International Insurance Company "ASITO" SA and the persons responsible for an insurer to sanction in accordance with the legal provisions in force, including art. 21 (2) letter f) of Law No. 451-XV from 30.07 .2001 "on licensing of entrepreneurial activity" 5, point 1 and point 2 non-implementation of the provisions of this decision. _____________________________________________

4. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the General Directorate insurance supervision.
May. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
