Social assistance under the provisions of Law no. 547-XV of 25 December 2003 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, no. 42-44, art. 249), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES:
1. To approve:
framework regulation on organization and functioning of regional social center for assistance to people living with HIV / AIDS and their family members, according to appendix. 1;
Minimum quality standards for services within the regional social center for assistance to persons with HIV / AIDS and their family members, according to appendix. 2.
2. regional social centers for assistance to people living with HIV / AIDS and their family members are established administrative units of the second level, by decision of Chisinau and Balti municipal councils and the Executive Committee of Gagauzia.
March. Centre regional social assistance to persons with HIV / AIDS and their family members, covering the central region of Moldova, includes serving people living with HIV / AIDS and their families in the following administrative units: Soldanesti, Rezina, Telenesti, Ungheni , Calarasi, Orhei, Straseni, Nisporeni, Criuleni, Ialoveni Noi, Hincesti, Causeni, Stefan Voda, Dubasari and Chisinau.
4. Centre regional social assistance to persons with HIV / AIDS and their family members, covering the North of Moldova, includes serving people living with HIV / AIDS and their families in the following administrative units: Briceni, Ocniţa, Soroca, Donduşeni Edinet, Drochia, Riscani, Glodeni, Falesti, Singerei, Floresti and mun. Balti.
May. Centre regional social assistance to persons with HIV / AIDS and their family members, covering the South of Moldova, includes serving people living with HIV / AIDS and their families in the following administrative units: Gagauzia, Cahul, Leova, Cimişlia, Basarabeasca, Cantemir, Taraclia.
June. Where will create new regional social centers for assistance to people living with HIV / AIDS and their family members will reassess area district service area.
July. Regional social centers are financed from the state budget provided for in the budget of the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family, as well as from other sources, as required by law.
August. Social centers regional support people living with HIV / AIDS and their family members shall, to the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family and territorial structure of social assistance and family protection where they were introduced, annual activity reports on the results achieved up to January 30 of the year following management.
September. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family.
