By letter f / No. 18 March 2016 AO "Info Mingir" as founder of the radio station with broadcasting a program service by terrestrial radio (broadcasting) "National Radio FM" and "Serpiko Media" LLC have asked CCA assignment frequency: 91.60 MHz - mun. Chişinău (town Dumbrava) from AO "Mingir Info" to "Serpiko Media" LLC, issuing the broadcasting license for the radio station to broadcast a program service by terrestrial radio (broadcasting) " national Cultural FM ".
Transferor to the transferee to ensure the provision of equipment and technical equipment necessary to broadcast the program service and the transferee assumes all duties related to the broadcasting license.
II. By letter f / No. 30 March 2016 AO "Info Mingir" as founder of the radio station with broadcasting a program service by terrestrial radio (broadcasting) "National Radio FM" and AO "Media-Group MERIDIAN" asked Coordinating Council broadcasting assignment of frequencies 87.8 MHz - Causeni and 90.4 MHz - Vadul lui Voda at AO "Info Mingir" by AO "Media-MERIDIAN group" for the station with the broadcast of a program service by terrestrial radio (broadcasting ) "Eco FM".
Transferor to the transferee to ensure the provision of equipment and technical equipment necessary to broadcast the program service and the transferee assumes all obligations under broadcasting license.
III. By letter f / No. 31 March 2016 AO "Info Mingir" as founder of the radio station with broadcasting a program service by terrestrial radio (broadcasting) "National Radio FM" and Company "Channel-X" SRL requested Coordinating Council broadcasting divestment of frequencies: 92.00 MHz - 107.6 MHz Balti - Hînceşti from AO "Info Mingir" the Company "Channel-X" LLC for the radio station with broadcasting a program service by terrestrial radio (broadcasting) " voice of Bessarabia. "
Transferor to the transferee to ensure the provision of equipment and technical equipment necessary to broadcast the program service and the transferee assumes all duties related to the broadcasting license.
It is worth mentioning that President AO "Info Mingir" Vitalie Selaru by letter f / No. 03.16.2016 addressed the BCC with a request to "withdraw the broadcasting license four frequencies: 92.00 MHz - Balti, 87.8 MHz - Causeni 107.6 MHz - Hînceşti and 90.4 MHz - Vadul lui Voda. The reason for this request is the financial incapacity to further maintain a network of national frequencies. Therefore we issue still hurts frequency Chisinau - 91.6 MHz ".
By letter f / No. 25 March 2016 President of AO "Info Mingir" Vitalie Selaru calls CCA "at the request of members of the Association and as determined by the General Meeting of 23.3.2016, please nice to withdraw from the agenda the examination of the previously filed application, dated 16.03 .2016, the withdrawal of four radio broadcasting license. Following the meeting it was decided by those members of four frequencies and commissioning assignment by Eco FM and Voice of Bessarabia. "
In public debates, CCA members were divided opinions on the assignment of frequencies: 92.00 MHz - Balti, 107.6 MHz - Hincesti, 87.8 MHz - Causeni and 90.4 MHz - Vadul lui Voda. Some members considered appropriate to their assignment and others said such frequencies in the contest attended by several broadcasters respectively and were awarded members vote for the "National Radio FM".
In this context, President of AO "Info Mingir" Vitalie Selaru, is to decide whether or not their reimbursement by SE "National Centre for Radio Frequencies", subsequently Broadcasting Coordinating Council to announce contest for frequencies mentioned above.
In accordance with Art. 23, 26, 27 and 39-41 of the Broadcasting Code no. 260-XVI from 27.07.2006, the Statute of CCA art. 18, 19, 25, 28 of the Regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing broadcasting licenses and retransmission authorizations approved by Decision no. 433-XVI from 28.12.2006 Moldovan Parliament, and documents submitted by the abovementioned enterprises, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council DECIDED

Iu. COLESNIC, and A.COZMA D. VICOL; CONTRA - (4) - N. DAMASCHIN, O. Gututui C. bribery and M. ONCEANU-Hadirca).
4. The license for broadcasting "Serpiko Media" LLC will pay a fee of 325 lei.
